Wadi Muhaisen Obtains Complete Dismissal for Client in Forgery/Theft Case

Sep. 5, 2014 – Wadi’s client was accused of theft and forgery of company documents in a complicated multiple felony case.  After months of working with the prosecutor and demonstrating that there were two-sides to the story, the prosecutor agreed to dimiss the entire case outright.  Wadi’s client is now eligible to file a petition to seal with the District Court so that the public cannot view anything about the arrest or criminal case.
