Wadi Muhaisen Negotiates Plea-Bargain That Protects Client’s Immigration Status

Nov. 4, 2014 – Wadi Muhaisen’s client was accused of his second domestic violence case, and as a non-citizen risked a conviction that would have likely resulted in his permanent removal from the United States.  Wadi helped his client take responsibility for his mistake but by pleading to a reduced charge that would not impact his immigration rights.
