Wadi Muhaisen Obtains Dismissal in Criminal Mischief Case

1/22/15 – After months of trial preparaton and negotiations, Wadi Muhaisen convinced the prosecuting attorney to DISMISS his client’s criminal mischief case in full.  Client is now eligible to petition the District Court to seal his case.
