Randall Floyd Revives and Quickly Resolves a Dismissed Divorce Case for Client

Randall Floyd’s client’s divorce was dismissed last year for failure to prosecute the case. Randall filed a motion to re-open, along with all the necessary pleadings.  In an unusually expedited fashion, Randall managed to convince the court to grant the motion to reopen and to enter the divorce decree, allowing both parties to move on with their lives.
