Muhaisen Law Prevents Man’s Deportation Then Helped Wife Get Legal Status

Muhaisen Law attorneys and staff obtained a “provisional waiver” granted for their client today.  The Firm had previously prevailed in client’s husband’s cancellation of removal case and he was then freed from custody.  Happily, the client-wife, who came to the U.S. illegally and had no status, will have an interview and soon be a permanent resident and eventually a citizen.

When the couple first retained Muhaisen Law, they were a husband facing imminent deportation and a wife with no status.  Now they are two people who will live in the USA for the rest of their lives.
