Muhaisen Law Client’s Felony Case Dismissed

Client charged with Felony Drug Possession. Attorney Amanda Becker filed a motion to suppress arguing that the Police had no constitutional authority to contact the client and search her person.

The prosecutor dismissed the case before the motion hearing on the the legality of the police contact, agreeing that there were legitimate constitutional concerns.

Muhaisen Law then petitioned to seal client’s record, which the court granted.
