BIOGRAPHY
Keriba (also often called "Kay") was born in Glasgow, Montana. She attended Northern Montana College in Havre, Montana. Keriba is a paralegal, legal assistant and office manager at the Firm. She assists in all types of cases with transactional and litigation support, and is the clear client favorite. Prior to her position at Muhaisen & Muhaisen, LLC, Keriba was a chief paralegal and office manager at Denver area law firm Brian DeBauche & Associates, L.L.C. for seven years where she assisted on hundreds of cases of all types. Keriba has taken several continuing legal education courses; and has set up a pro-bono divorce assistance program for indigent people. Keriba is a volunteer for many non-profit organizations including the Second Wind Fund which helps prevent suicide among teens. She has volunteered for the Foothills Fire and Rescue Auxilary, and dedicates her free time working with Hayburners, LLC, who take in and help abandoned, neglected, or abused horses.
